These on-going classes offer guidance as you explore the habits of tension and overworking in your body. Our ability to notice is layered. We start superficially and each time we practice we are deepening our connection to ourselves and what we can notice. This weekly class helps you be accountable to yourself as well. Most of us would agree that attending a class is easier to make time for than our own practice. Each week, learn something new in class that can direct your exploration in your own practice.

Erin’s yoga classes are a somatic experience that promotes self-awareness and internal connection. In these integrated yoga classes, Erin helps us understand what our bodies are actually doing in the poses we create. What areas are working to support us? What areas are opening and relaxing? What is it like to truly balance effort and ease? Could it actually be true that doing less will benefit us more?
No prior yoga experience needed.

Erin is a space-holder/DJ for the Sacred Rebels, a collective founded by Keita Whitten Foster, offering weekly communal spaces for free movement without judgment. Each gathering is an experience guided by rotating facilitators, ensuring a welcoming and safe environment that focuses on liberation through movement.
Experiences may begin with prompts for grounding and intention-setting and conclude with group integration. A new playlist is available every week to support self-directed dance; no prior experience or specific movement style is required.
Through shared music and movement, participants connect, release burdens, and foster a sense of belonging both internally and collectively.
This movement experience is totally worth being brave for!
No reservations necessary. Just show up.
