Held in a cozy tent, nestled among the trees of the Maine woods, this intimate mini retreat invites you to unwind, release, and restore. During the two and a half hours you will experience:
Somatic Yoga
Surrounded by the nurturing energy of the land, the retreat begins with a somatic yoga session where Erin will help you foster a connection with your body. With her guidance, you will learn to balance effort with ease and discover that working less hard might benefit you more. No prior yoga experience needed.
Tea/Snack
Between classes there will be a tea/snack break and an opportunity to enjoy the beautiful setting - the peaceful sounds of the pond, the flower gardens and the majestic view of the hills.
Sound Bath
The retreat will end with a sound bath where Nettie will invite you to allow the soothing vibrational frequencies of quartz crystal singing bowls to guide you into a deeply meditative state, promoting relaxation, healing and an overall sense of well-being. This immersive sound journey is enhanced by the ethereal tones of the handpan and the delicate resonance of the gentle chimes.

Our mini retreat takes place on an idyllic New England farm, perched on a rolling hillside. We will spend our time together gathered on the farm porch where the floor to ceiling glass windows look out on the vast sky and forested hills of western Maine.
In these sessions, we dip beneath the surface of the loud messages from our bodies and mind and tap into the whisperings from our bodies and subconscious. Be guided into connection with self in a safe and supported space that allows for curiosity and grace.
We begin by moving mindfully, with slow, gentle patterns that help us notice and release tension as well as nurture curiosity and compassion. What do we need to understand right now? How might we shift?
With more ease in our bodies and connection with ourselves, we are then led through a guided meditation visualization that supports us in responding to the information and invitations being shared with us at this present moment in time.
This mini retreat will foster a softening of the contraction of our being and nurture an expansion that allows for healing, connection, and growth. Be guided in safety, love and belonging to curiously explore yourself and life's next steps.
