Erin provides you with a unique opportunity to learn about how you move, what your habits are, and with that self-awareness, how to create more functional movement.
While self-awareness is a skill we all have the capacity for, it isn’t necessarily easy to tap into at first. Erin will meet you where you are and provide you with the individual support and guidance you need to move forward in connection with your body, and with the insight you need to shift how you feel.
Erin has supported clients in a variety of ways including - improving range of movement and coordination, reducing pain, building strength/power. She has also helped clients establish trust and confidence in their bodies.
